The communities of Bristol Park were established in 1994 and currently consist of Bristol Manor, Bristol Highlands, Estates of Bristol Park, Bristol South, Villas of Bristol, Bristol North, Bristol East and Bristol at Prairie View. The community currently has approximately 550 homes, with plans to grow to over 600 within the next several years. Bristol Park is a progressive, family-orientated community which is continuing to grow and add new features to improve the overall environment for the residents. Current amenities of the neighborhood include two swimming pools, two playgrounds and two picnic shelters.

The Board of Directors is elected by the community at the annual meeting, which is normally held in the spring, to serve two year terms. The board oversees the financial responsibilities and daily functions of the HOA. The board is also responsible for overseeing and enforcing member’s compliance with the established covenants and bylaws of the neighborhood.

Neighborhood Safety

*Watch KC Community Partnership- Many of you or your properties may have exterior surveillance cameras. What you may not realize is, your camera’s footage may contain evidence of a crime that occurred in your area. That footage could be used to obtain vital suspect information which would help convict the criminals committing crimes in your area. If you are interested in registering yours, please let the KCPD know that you have an exterior surveillance camera by visiting the website http://kcmo.gov/police/watchkc.

*KCPD would like you to report any crime or potential crime you may witness. From this reporting KCPD is able to track patterns of crimes.

*For the safety of our residents we have asked KCPD to enforce the speed limits around the neighborhood including around the south pool area.
